General Wholesale Information

We’re thrilled to partner with boutiques, gift shops, and specialty retailers! Our wholesale program is designed to make stocking your shelves simple and profitable.

  • Order Minimums: First-time orders require a $100 minimum, and reorders have just a $75 minimum — mix and match products however you like to reach these amounts.

  • Pricing: All wholesale prices are set with MSRP in mind to help you maintain healthy margins.

  • Lead Time: Standard turnaround is 5–10 business days, ensuring your products arrive within two weeks of ordering.

  • Custom Orders: At this time, we do not offer custom products, but it’s on our roadmap for future expansion.

  • Ordering: Place and pay for orders directly through our website for a fast, seamless checkout experience.

Shipping Policies

We know reliable delivery matters just as much as great products.

  • Carriers: Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as FedEx, USPS, UPS, and DHL, depending on the product and fulfillment location.

  • International Shipping: We currently ship within the U.S. only.

  • Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Multiple Shipments: Some items may ship separately depending on their production location — you’ll receive tracking for each package.

Payment Policies

We keep the payment process straightforward so you can focus on your customers.

  • Payment Terms: Payment is due in full at the time of ordering.

  • Accepted Payments: We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

  • Deposits: We do not require or accept deposits at this time.

Wholesale Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email

  • You will receive a email confirmation when your order has shipped

  • Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, with most orders arriving within two weeks of purchase

make every effort to keep you informed of any shipping changes so you can plan

your store inventory accordingly.
