Shipping Policy

All wholesale orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, with most orders arriving within

two weeks of purchase.

Please note: Holiday seasons may result in slight delays due to carrier volume. We will always make every effort to keep you informed of any shipping changes so you can plan your store inventory accordingly.

 

At this time, Page Lewis Designs ships wholesale orders within the United States only.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We have made every effort possible to ensure that you have a smooth and pleasant experience when purchasing here at Page Lewis Designs and that includes being both transparent and cost-effective for our wholesale partners. With that being said we base our shipping costs off of the total quantity of products

within your order before tax. See the chart below for additional information and our

shipping costs based off of pricing.

Quantity of Items = Shipping costs

0 to 5 = $11.00

5 to 10 = $17.50

10 to 20 = $25.00

20 to 50 = $45.00

50 to 100 = $80.00

100 or more = $240.00

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us using this form here. Please include your name and order number, and we will look into it for you and keep you updated with any information we find.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Our products ship from multiple warehouse locations and therefore a variety of carriers may be utilized therefore you’ll need to note the carrier that your package will be delivered through and contact them to ensure that they will deliver to a P.O. box. The carrier's name for your order can be found in your tracking information that was emailed to you when the order was shipped from the warehouse.

 

Page Lewis Designs is not responsible for the carrier’s decision as to whether or not they will deliver

an order to a P.O. Box. In addition Page Lewis Designs cannot dictate to the carrier whether

they will deliver to a P.O. Box or not.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns of wholesale orders within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and refunds will be issued for the order amount minus return shipping fees. Page Lewis Designs reserves the right to determine if a product shows signs of use and adjust the refund accordingly.

 

If your order arrives with damaged or defective items, please email using this form within 5 business days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the product condition. We handle damages on a case-by-case basis and will work with you toward a satisfactory solution.
